I (the Data Subject) hereby affirm that in line with the relevant laws on Data Protection, I absolutely consent to the collection and processing of my Personal Data/information in the absence of any fraud, duress, undue influence or coercion for the purpose of forming the basis of this FingerMobile Protocol and User relationship and other necessary data processing activities which may arise therefrom, including for the performance of the creation of a an account between myself and FingerMobile Protocol.
I affirm that I have the requisite capacity under the law to consent to the collection and processing of my Personal Data. I affirm that I am aware and take cognizance of my rights under the relevant Data Protection Laws in which include the right to request for access, amendment, rectification or cancellation or destruction of my Personal Data/information, the right to lodge complaint with the relevant authority as well as the right to object to the processing of my Personal Data.
I further consent to the processing of my Personal Data (within or outside FingerMobile Protocol), including transfer of my Personal Data to any third party for reasons associated with the purpose for which the data is being processed as stated above, including but not limited to data collection, processing and storage by proceeding to use FingerMobile Protocol and its platform services.

Client/Customer/User Data can request to Delete their data from our platform by filling out the below Form.
Important: Upon filling the Below Form, your Client/Customer’s/User Data will be deleted and all your data will be lost, so it is your personal responsibility to backup/save all your important and relevant data and also make extra sure you save any information that is legally required such as invoices, bookings and orders before you continue as this process once submitted can not be undone.
What information is deleted?
All the customer’s information such as their Contact info, Activity, Invoices, Order History, Bookings and any other information relating to our website/Mobile Applications and Platforms.

What’s not deleted?
Data from Third-party apps: To delete data from third-party apps that you’ve added to our site, you’ll need to contact the support of each of those app.
Requirements:
First, confirm your Means of Identification by providing a Current and Valid Government issued means of Identification (proof of ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license).).
This prevents providing personal information to the wrong person.
Then, add your contact information below so we can find you easily.
Verify that you have provided the correct email and phone number that belongs to you who made the request. Enter them exactly as in Contact List & Apps and lick on submit. Please Note that we treat all request with the urgency it deserves and will within 180 days do everything within our reach to delete all your Data from our Platforms and notify you of same.
