Child Safety Policy.
CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE EXPLOITATION
CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
CSAM stands for child sexual abuse material. It is illegal and our Terms of Service prohibit using FingerMobile Platforms, Website, Mobile Applications or products and services to store or share this types of content.
CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. For more information, visit the Transparency Report Help Center.
FingerMobile is taking appropriate action to address CSAM” means acting in accordance with our published standards and relevant laws.
For example, removing CSAM when we see see it or when we obtain actual knowledge of it in our app.
Our standards do not mandate a particular methodology, but we do expect Members/users to act in accordance with our stated policies, procedures, and relevant applicable laws.
Child Safety Standards Policy requires all Social and Dating apps to comply with all Child Safety Standards policy.
We Irrevocably explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in publicly all accessible standards, such as our app’s terms of service, community guidelines or any other publicly available user policy documentation.
FingerMobile Provides an In-App Mechanism for Users Feedback:
We therefore you provide a mechanism within our app for users to submit feedback, concerns, or reports in our app.
Address CSAM: FingerMobile certify that our app takes appropriate action, including but not limited to removing CSAM, after obtaining actual knowledge of it, in accordance with our published standards and relevant laws.
Comply with Child Safety Laws: Members can also report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to relevant regional authority.

If you find content elsewhere on the internet, please contact the appropriate agency in your country directly.
We prohibit the use of apps to endanger children. This includes but is not limited to use of apps to promote predatory behavior towards children, such as:-
Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing).
Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).
Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images).
Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
We will take appropriate action, which may include reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, if we become aware of content with child sexual abuse materials.
If you believe a child is in danger of or has been subject to abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, please contact your local law enforcement and contact a child safety organization listed there.
In addition, materials that appeal to children but contain adult themes are not allowed, including but not limited to:-
User Generated Content with excessive violence, blood, and gore.
User Generated Content that depict or encourage harmful and dangerous activities.
We also don’t allow User Generated Content that promote negative body or self image including User Generated Content that depict for entertainment purposes plastic surgery, weight loss, and other cosmetic adjustments to a person's physical appearance.
