The GDPR aims primarily to give control back to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. It does this by replacing the data protection directive (Directive 95/46/EC) of 1995

FingerMobile Protocol is committed to complying with the GDPR across all of the services that we provide in Europe. That includes our most popular consumer products like Search and all of our advertising and measurement analytics services, as well as, of course, any services we launch in the future.

 

We’re also keenly aware that our customers and partners have significant obligations under these new laws, and so we conduct regular audits, maintain certifications, provide industry-standard contractual protections and share tools and information to help them with their compliance. We will continue to evolve our privacy protections and practices to meet the GDPR’s requirements. Our aim is always to keep data private and safe – and to put our users and partners in control.

 

We will always work hard to demonstrate that our services are secure and meet the standards of applicable data protection rules. We offer transparency to users through clear explanations of how we use personal data and our “Why" giving people controls to manage their privacy through the below

 

Client/Customer/User Data can request to Delete their data from our platform by filling out the below Form. 

 

Important: Upon filling the Below Form, your Client/Customer’s/User Data will be deleted and all your data will be lost, so it is your personal responsibility to backup/save all your important and relevant data and also make extra sure you save any information that is legally required such as invoices, bookings and orders before you continue as this process once submitted can not be undone.

 

What information is deleted?

All the customer’s information such as their Contact info, Activity, Invoices, Order History, Bookings and any other information relating to our website/Mobile Applications and Platforms.

What’s not deleted?

Data from Third-party apps: To delete data from third-party apps that you’ve added to our site, you’ll need to contact the support of each of those app.

Requirements:

First, confirm your Means of Identification by providing a Current and Valid Government issued means of Identification (proof of ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license).).

This prevents providing personal information to the wrong person.

Then, add your contact information below so we can find you easily.

Verify that you have provided the correct email and phone number that belongs to you who made the request. Enter them exactly as in Contact List & Apps and lick on submit. Please Note that we treat all request with the urgency it deserves and will within 180 days do everything within our reach to delete all your Data from our Platforms and notify you of same.
